These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the LumyEYE website and application. Any connection to the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

• Site access: Access to the site is free. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or modify access to the site without notice.
• Intellectual property: All content on the site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphic elements) is the exclusive property of LumyEYE and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

• No mobility assistance: The application is a reading and visual recognition aid. It does not constitute a medical navigation device and does not replace primary mobility tools (white cane, guide dog).
• Safety and vigilance: The user acknowledges that using the application on public roads or while moving requires increased vigilance. It is imperative to use the application while stationary and in a safe environment. Lumyeye disclaims all liability in case of accident, fall or collision with an obstacle (third party, vehicle, street furniture) occurring due to user inattention.
• External links: The site may contain links to other sites. The publisher is not responsible for the content of these third-party sites.

Terms of Sale

Purpose: These Terms of Sale define the conditions for selling services or products offered on the Lumyeye website and application.

• Pricing and payment: Prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Payment is made by credit card, using the secure payment module of Apple (iOS) and Google (Android).
• Right of withdrawal: In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
• Delivery and execution: Delivery times (or service activation) are indicated at the time of order. No delay shall give rise to compensation.
• Liability and warranties: LumyEYE shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service or product.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Nanterre (92) France shall have sole jurisdiction.
