General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
Object: These GTCS define the conditions of sale for services or products offered on the Lumyeye website and application.
- Price and payment: Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. Payment is made by credit card, using the secure payment modules of Apple (iOS) and Google (Android).
- Right of withdrawal: In accordance with current regulations, the client has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Delivery and execution: Delivery times (or service activation) are indicated at the time of order. Any delay shall not give rise to compensation.
- Liability and guarantees: LumyEYE cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service or product.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Nanterre (92) France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
