Partner Terms.

1. Eligibility

Any organization serving blind or visually impaired people may apply: clinics, optometrists, nonprofits, schools, retirement communities, government agencies, VA hospitals.

2. Application

Submit a partnership request via contact@lumyeye.com. Lumyeye reserves the right to accept or refuse, with no obligation of justification.

3. Partner obligations

The partner agrees to (a) keep the Lumyeye brand intact, (b) never present Lumyeye as a medical device, (c) refer members in good faith without any false promise, (d) protect any data shared by Lumyeye under GDPR & HIPAA standards.

4. Revenue share

Eligible 501(c)(3) US nonprofits and French association loi 1901 organizations receive 20% of the recurring subscription revenue from members referred via their dedicated promo code. Quarterly payouts after a $50 threshold. Sales tax / VAT borne by the partner.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential the non-public information shared in the program (statistics, roadmap, beta features). Confidentiality survives 3 years after termination.

6. Term & termination

Open-ended agreement, terminable by either party with 30 days written notice. In case of breach (bad-faith referral, brand misuse), Lumyeye may terminate immediately.

7. Liability

Lumyeye SAS's liability is limited to the amount of revenue share due. Lumyeye is not liable for medical use of the app by referred members.

8. Applicable law

French law. Disputes: Paris Commercial Court.
