If you want to delete your LumyEYE account, here are the steps to follow and what it involves.

🗑️ Steps to delete your account

1. Open the LumyEYE app.

2. Go to the Settings menu > My Account.

3. Tap Delete my account.

4. Confirm your request by following the instructions.

⏳ Deletion deadline

• Once your request is submitted, your account is immediately deactivated.

• You then have 14 days to change your mind.

• During these 14 days, you can reactivate your account at any time by logging back in.

• After this period, all your personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

📁 What happens to your data?

• As we do not keep any of your data, nothing to report on that side, your data is not stored.

• We only keep data strictly necessary for legal purposes (e.g. invoicing).
