Deleting Your Lumyeye Account

If you’d like to delete your Lumyeye account, here are the steps to follow and what it means for your personal data.
🗑️ Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the Lumyeye app.
- Go to Settings > My Account.
- Tap on Delete My Account.
- Confirm your request by following the instructions.

⏳ Deletion Timeline

Once your request is submitted, your account is immediately deactivated.

You then have 14 days to change your mind.

During this 14-day period, you can reactivate your account at any time by logging back in.

After this deadline, all your personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
📁 What Happens to Your Data?

Since we don’t store any of your data, there’s nothing to report on that front—your data is not retained.

We only keep the information strictly required for legal purposes (e.g., billing).
