Delete my account.
Lumyeye does not require an account to use the app. If however you registered for our newsletter, paid through our website, or contacted support, here is how to erase all personal data.
1. Cancel the subscription
iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Lumyeye → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lumyeye → Cancel.
2. Uninstall the app
Long press the Lumyeye icon → Remove App → Delete. All local data (20 last actions) is removed.
3. Request data erasure
Send an email to contact@lumyeye.com with the subject "Account deletion - GDPR Article 17" (or CCPA "Do Not Sell / Delete"). Include your email address and any registered phone number.
We respond within 30 days. After erasure, you receive a written confirmation.
4. What we delete
- Newsletter contacts (Mailchimp).
- Support email history (Front).
- Stripe customer record (if subscribed via website).
- Anonymous analytics — already aggregated, cannot be linked back.
5. What we keep
Invoicing data must be kept for 10 years (French commercial code, Title 26 US Code, GDPR Article 17.3.b "legal obligation"). These are sealed and cannot be re-used.
6. Right to complain
EU: CNIL — cnil.fr. US: your State Attorney General. UK: ICO — ico.org.uk.
