1. Data we never store

• Photos taken with the app — sent for analysis, then deleted from our servers immediately.
• Voice recordings — processed in real time, never persisted.
• Vision Live streams — never recorded.

2. Data stored locally only

The app keeps up to 20 of your most recent actions in local memory on the device (history of read documents). This buffer resets when the app is closed, and is never sent to the server.

3. Identification data

No mandatory account. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store and Google Play, which provide an anonymous transaction ID. We do not collect your name, address, or payment details directly.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 in anonymous mode with Consent Mode v2. Tracking only starts after explicit consent. IP addresses are anonymized.

5. Third-party AI processors

To turn images and voice into answers, we use enterprise-grade AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) bound by DPA agreements. Data is sent in encrypted form, with no human review, and not retained for model training.

6. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability, restriction. To exercise these rights, write to: contact@lumyeye.com. We respond within 30 days.
