3. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, logos, source code, designs, voice prompts) is the exclusive property of Lumyeye SAS. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited. Third-party trademarks (OrCam MyEye®, Be My Eyes, Seeing AI, Envision Glasses®, Ray-Ban Meta®, etc.) belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or partnership is claimed.
4. Terms of service
By using Lumyeye, you accept these terms. Lumyeye is a visual assistant, not a medical or safety device. You remain responsible for your mobility (white cane, guide dog) and for verifying critical information (medication, finance) with qualified professionals.
5. Subscriptions & refunds
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's policy: request a refund directly from Apple within 14 days of purchase. The free trial (~20 actions) requires no credit card.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), digital content delivered immediately after subscription waives the right of withdrawal. However, you may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your App Store account settings.
7. Liability
Lumyeye provides AI-generated descriptions. Despite our efforts, errors are possible. Do not rely on Lumyeye to cross a street, identify medication, or take legal decisions. Always confirm critical information with a qualified human (pharmacist, doctor, lawyer).
8. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be brought before the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection rules.
