2. Service description

Lumyeye is a mobile application that provides AI-driven visual assistance for blind and visually impaired people. The service includes voice-driven reading, scene description, object and color identification, and (on Lumyeye Pro) live video streaming with vocal Q&A.

3. Subscription

Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play stores. Available plans: Lumyeye Classic (from $15/month), Lumyeye Pro (from $17/month). Annual subscriptions provide a discount.

Free trial: 7 days, with no credit card. After the trial, the subscription is only triggered by an explicit user action on the App Store / Play Store.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store or Google Play account settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; no refund of the partial month.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under French law (consumer code), the consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content downloaded with their consent before the end of the 14-day period.

6. Liability

Lumyeye is an assistive technology and never replaces a healthcare professional. Lumyeye SAS is not liable for medical use of the app (medication, dosing, prescriptions, diagnostics). Always confirm with your physician or pharmacist.

7. Personal data

See our Privacy Policy. Lumyeye does not store images or voice on the server. Zero server storage by design. GDPR-compliant.

8. Intellectual property

All content (logos, text, code, voice samples, videos) is the exclusive property of Lumyeye SAS. Lumyeye® is a registered trademark.

9. Applicable law

French law. Disputes: Paris Commercial Court for B2B, consumer's local court for B2C.
