3. Intellectual property

All content (text, images, logos, source code, designs, voice prompts) is the exclusive property of Lumyeye SAS. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited. Third-party trademarks (OrCam MyEye®, Be My Eyes, Seeing AI, Envision Glasses®, etc.) belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or partnership is claimed.

4. Terms of service

By using Lumyeye, you accept these terms. Lumyeye is a visual assistant, not a medical or safety device. You remain responsible for your mobility (white cane, guide dog) and for verifying critical information (medication, finance) with qualified professionals.

5. Subscriptions & refunds

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the refund policy of the store used. Lumyeye Pro includes 40 free requests with no credit card required. Store subscriptions are independent: an App Store purchase does not unlock Android, and a Google Play purchase does not unlock iOS.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), digital content delivered immediately after subscription may affect the right of withdrawal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from the subscription settings of the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed.

7. Liability

Lumyeye provides AI-generated descriptions. Despite our efforts, errors are possible. Do not rely on Lumyeye to cross a street, identify medication, or take legal decisions. Always confirm critical information with a qualified human (pharmacist, doctor, lawyer).

8. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be brought before the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection rules.
