Data Collected
Lumyeye Pro collects a minimum of data, strictly necessary for the operation of the application:

Data NOT Collected
Lumyeye Pro does not collect and does not transmit:
- No advertising tracking data (no tracking, no IDFA)
- No photos or videos saved — the camera feed is processed in real time then immediately deleted
- No permanent audio recording — speech recognition is processed in memory then erased
- No location data stored or logged
- No health data
- No sale or sharing of data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes
Third-Party Services Used
Lumyeye Pro relies on the following services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Firebase Authentication & Firestore (Google) — authentication and user profile storage. Firebase Policy
- Google Gemini API — visual analysis by artificial intelligence (images sent are not retained by Google for model training). Gemini API Terms
- Google Cloud Text-to-Speech — voice synthesis of responses. Google Cloud Privacy
- Apple StoreKit 2 — in-app subscription management. Apple Policy
- Google Sign-In — optional sign-in via Google account. Google Policy
- Spotify (optional) — voice-controlled music playback. Spotify Policy
Subscriptions and Payment
Lumyeye Pro offers three auto-renewing subscription plans:
- Lumyeye Pro monthly — renews every month
- Lumyeye Pro six months — renews every six months
- Lumyeye Pro one year — renews every year
Payments are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. Lumyeye never has access to your banking or credit card information.
Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Data Security
- All network communications use the HTTPS/TLS protocol
- Profile data is stored in Firebase Firestore with strict security rules (each user can only access their own data)
- Subscription verification uses StoreKit 2 native JWS signature
- Sensitive data (camera, microphone, location) is processed in real time in memory and is never written to disk
Your Rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of your personal data
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request the deletion of your account and all associated data
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Right to object — object to the processing of your data

You can also delete your account directly from the application or via the Delete my account page.
In case of an unresolved dispute, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty).
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the application or regulations. The date of the last update is indicated below. In case of a substantial change, users will be notified through the application.
