How much does Lumyeye Pro cost?

Three plans. Freedom: €16.99/month, no commitment. Serenity: €99 / 6 months (1 month free). Independence: €169.99/year (2 months free, -17%).

Can I try Lumyeye before paying?

Yes. Lumyeye Pro offers 30 free queries on first launch, with no credit card and no account. You then decide whether to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From your iPhone : Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Lumyeye Pro > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are managed by Apple via the App Store. Lumyeye never sees your card number.

Is Lumyeye Pro available on this page?

No. This shop covers only Lumyeye Pro. Lumyeye Pro is exclusively available on the iOS 16+ App Store, with its own subscription managed by Apple. See the pricing page for Pro details.

Can I get insurance or VR reimbursement?

Yes, in many cases. Check with your private insurance or your state's Vocational Rehab agency for assistive technology coverage. An invoice is available in your Apple account (Settings > Subscriptions > Purchase History). In France, Lumyeye is eligible for PCH technical aids and AEEH for children via the MDPH.
