No. Lumyeye Classic: about 30 free queries, no credit card required (1-click Sign in with Apple or Google available). Lumyeye Pro: 40 free queries, no credit card — no account to create on open, email asked only at first payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In one step, from the App Store or Play Store. No questions asked, no retention attempts. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Is there a discount for students or seniors?
No category-based pricing, but the yearly plan already offers -17% compared to monthly. For special cases, write to us: contact@lumyeye.com.
Do I need an account to try Lumyeye Pro?
No. You download Lumyeye Pro and it's immediately active, no sign-up, no password. Email is only asked at the first payment, after your 40 free queries. (Classic offers an optional 1-click Apple or Google Sign-in.)
How do you activate Lumyeye Pro? What gesture?
A tap or a double-tap anywhere on screen starts listening. Sleep mode is automatic at the end of the answer. An ongoing answer can be interrupted by a single or double tap. No menu, no button to find: the entire screen is the active zone.
Does Lumyeye Pro work well with VoiceOver?
Yes, that's one of the app's points of pride. Months of work went into making the VoiceOver integration fluid and natural. Most interactions use a beautiful natural warm voice (not the mechanical VoiceOver voice). But if you use VoiceOver, everything stays perfectly announced and navigable.
