Two separate services: VIVE advertises 24 months of its own VIVE AI Plus service with the glasses. That is not a Lumyeye Pro subscription. Buy Lumyeye Pro separately in your phone’s store; an App Store purchase does not unlock Google Play, or vice versa.

Connect your VIVE Eagle
Charge the glasses, enable Bluetooth and install VIVE Connect. Follow VIVE’s pairing instructions, including HTC account sign-in and permissions. VIVE’s account is separate from Lumyeye Pro.
Get Lumyeye Pro ready
Install Lumyeye Pro from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, allow the permissions needed for your request and make sure the glasses connection is ready. If you need help connecting Pro, contact Lumyeye.

Press the button on the left temple and ask for a description of an object in front of you. Listen through the glasses; press again to stop. Once the connection works, repeat with the phone asleep in your pocket.

Is Lumyeye Pro included with the glasses?
No. The VIVE AI Plus service advertised with VIVE Eagle is a different service. Lumyeye Pro is purchased separately through the App Store or Google Play. The two app stores have separate subscriptions.
Are all phone features available through the glasses?
Feature availability depends on your phone, app permissions, connectivity and the sensors a request uses. The glasses do not add LiDAR to a phone, and pocket use does not make the phone’s LiDAR available as an eye-level sensor. Live Vision is for short sessions with a daily allowance, not continuous all-day narration.
