Bank or government counter

Ask Lumyeye Pro to describe visible signs, queue information, and the counter in front of the camera.

Video in process

An English recording is being prepared.

How voice reading helps at a service counter

A bank or public-service office may show queue numbers, directions and counter labels on different signs or screens. Point the phone camera at the visible information and ask Lumyeye Pro to describe it aloud. A short follow-up can help you check a number or find the intended counter.

Displays and instructions can change while you wait. Ask again when they do; an earlier description does not update automatically. For a form or document handed to you, request a separate reading of the visible page and verify names, amounts and decisions with staff before acting.

The English demonstration is in process. This written explanation describes the feature, not an English recording or a completed bank transaction.

Frequently asked questions

Banks, social security, city hall, your questions.

Does Lumyeye Pro track my place in the queue?

No. It describes what the camera can see when you ask. Recheck a changing display or ask staff to confirm your turn.

Can I use it to read a form?

You can ask about text visible to the camera. Check important names, amounts, terms and signature instructions against the original document and with the office before signing.

Does the app operate the counter or complete a transaction?

No. You remain responsible for the next action. Lumyeye Pro offers spoken information about the visible scene.

Practical tips

Prepare your branch visit with Lumyeye Pro.

  1. Photograph the display screen when you walk in. Point the camera at the queue-number display and ask Lumyeye Pro to read the current number and your number.
  2. Ask the front-desk agent for a paper copy. For complex documents (contracts, government forms, certificates), ask for a paper copy that Lumyeye Pro can re-read calmly at home.
  3. Have your mail summarized when you get home. Photograph each document handed over and use Lumyeye Pro's mail-summary feature: the app extracts key points, amounts and dates.
  4. Get your paperwork ready in advance. Before the visit, gather your routing slip, ID and recent tax statements physically. Photograph the document with Lumyeye Pro to find any reference.
  5. Use Vision Live to orient yourself in an unfamiliar building. Enable Vision Live and ask Lumyeye Pro to describe what the camera sees (directional signs, wall signage, counters). Your usual mobility aids remain essential.
