Reading signs at a service counter

At a bank or public-service office, signs and queue displays can be difficult to read and may change while you wait. Point the camera at the information in front of you and ask Lumyeye Pro what is visible.

Ask again when a number, window, or instruction changes. The answer depends on the camera view at that moment; check important details with a staff member when needed.

Questions about this feature

Does the app know my place in the queue automatically?

No. It can describe information visible to the camera; it does not track a queue in the background.

Can I rely on an earlier reading after the display changes?

Ask again to check the current screen. Confirm consequential information with office staff.
